Refund policy
We offer a 14-day store credit policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return in exchange for store credit.
To be eligible for store credit, the item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Please note: Accessories, including but not limited to jewelry, hats, Beauty Products, home products, and similar items, are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
We reserve the right to deny any exchange if the item has been returned with an odor of cigarette smoke or any other strong, lingering scents. Please ensure items are in their original, scent-free condition when making an exchange.
To start a return for store credit, you can contact us at hello@brandedpeach.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to our storefront address, which we can provide via email.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We "Branded Peach Boutique" reserves the right to decline return items with our discretion. All sale items are FINAL SALE and are not permitted for exchanges or store credit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Accessories are final sale and can not be returned in exchange for store credit. Any sale items or doorbusters are not permitted for returns. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns for Store Credit
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the store credit was approved or not. If more than 15 business days have passed since the start of your return, please contact us at hello@brandedpeach.com.
