Shipping policy

🚨 Important Notice

Once your order leaves our facility and is handed off to the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.), Branded Peach Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

 


📦 Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation email is received. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on the way.

Please be aware that shipping delays can occur due to:

  • High order volume

  • Carrier or postal service issues

  • Severe weather conditions

These delays are outside of our control, especially during the holiday season or natural weather disruptions.

  • Please reach out prior to purchase to UPGRADE shipping options!
  • ANY UPGRADES WILL BE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER REGARDLESS OF ORDER AMOUNT!
  • We offer Economy Shipping (5–8 business days) with rates based on your order total:

    • $6.00 — Orders $0.00–$19.99

    • $9.99 — Orders $20.00–$79.99

    • $14.00 — Orders $80.00–$149.99

    • Free Shipping — Orders $150.00 and up

    Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your cart total.

  • Promotional Offers: Occasionally available and applied at the discretion of Branded Peach Boutique.


📍 Order Tracking

You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking details to update in the carrier’s system.

🛠 Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at hello@brandedpeach.com. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the damage

Qualifying Damage Includes:

  • Stains

  • Spills

  • Missing buttons or adhesives

Does Not Qualify:

  • Loose threads

  • Minor variations in materials or manufacturing (e.g., adhesive spots, color variation in natural fabrics, etc.)

All claims are handled on a case-by-case basis, and we will do our best to reach a fair resolution. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
